What to expect:

For your initial appointment, you should arrive 5 minutes early. If you have not filled out your paperwork beforehand, please allow an additional 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill it out in our office. Please have your photo ID, insurance cards, and any paperwork from your doctor readily available.

You should expect your initial appointment to last approximately 45 minutes. Your therapist will discuss with you your current condition and together, you will create a plan of care tailored to your needs. After your evaluation, your therapist will let you know their recommendation for your frequency and duration of treatment. You will receive one-on-one care with the same therapist for your first appointment and each appointment thereafter.
